We accept payment made by all major credit or debit cards. All payments made through our website are taken on our behalf by Barclaycard making them completely secure. At the point of card detail entry customers will have been redirected to Barclaycard’s secure payment pages where a 128 bit SSL encryption server is used to process transactions.

All information customers provide about themselves either for a single transaction or on their account are stored on secure servers that use 128 bit SSL encryption. So from the start to finish our customers can be sure that the information they are providing is completely safe.

Our privacy policy is simple; we will not sell or share your personal information to any third parties. From time to time we may email our customers with information of current offers and new products. If you do not wish to be contacted by us in the future please feel free to email us on sales@tug-e-nuff.co.uk and we will remove you from our email lists.

Goods on this site are not sold on a trial basis. All goods remain the property of Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear until paid for in full. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. As Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear products are handmade slight variations in design may occur.

All Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear handmade products are designed as training aids only. Dogs should not be left unsupervised whilst playing. For all other products please check the individual manufacturers product specification.

Complaints

We hope our customers never have a reason to complain as we are highly committed to offer an excellent standard of customer service. However should a customer have a compliant please email us on sales@tug-e-nuff.co.uk.

We will always acknowledge complaints within 2 working days of receiving them. We hope to have a positive outcome from any compliant received and we aim to resolve them on the day of dealing with them. If they can’t be resolved on the same day please allow us a maximum of 14 working days to resolve any complaints. We will keep the customer updated on a regular basis.
