Delivery Info
United Kingdom
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force. We always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible; this is usually within 2 working days after an order has been placed. However, if an order consists of any Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear handmade products please be aware that these products are usually made to order and therefore may take longer to be dispatched. We will still try to dispatch within 2 working days but as a guide please allow up to 10 working days for Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear products to be dispatched. If an order consists of both Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear products and products manufactured by other suppliers the latter timescale will apply.
Customers will receive an email once orders have been dispatched advising them of this. Orders will usually be received 1-2 working days later.
International Orders
All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail AirSure or Parcel Force Global Priority. The dispatch timescale is the same for international orders as it is for the United Kingdom. After an order has been dispatched you should receive your order within 8-10 working days. At this present time we are only able to ship to customers in the UK and Europe.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated by an orders total value. Please see below for details.
United Kingdom
For orders up to £10.00 - £2.50
For orders between £10.01 to £25.00 - £3.00
For orders between £25.01 to £50.00 - £4.00
For orders between £50.01 to £100.00 - £5.00
For orders over £100.01 - £6.00
International Orders
For orders up to £10.00 - £8.50
For orders between £10.01 to £25.00 - £9.50
For orders between £25.01 to £50.00 - £10.50
For orders between £50.01 to £100.00 - £11.50
For orders over £100.01 - £12.50
Returns & Refunds
At Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear we strive to offer our customers both quality products and customer service. If any product purchased from us is found to be damaged in transit we will either replace or refund the product at the customers discretion provided we are notified within 14 Days of delivery. In these cases only we will also refund the postage costs.
If in error a customer orders the wrong product from us and is through no fault of Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear or a customer changes their mind we will be happy to replace or refund the item providing that it is returned in its original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. However this will be at the customers own expense and must be done within 14 days of delivery. Should a customer decide that they do not wish to arrange the return carriage themselves Tug-E-Nuff Dog Gear will be happy to arrange collection at the customers own expense. In cases where orders have been returned in the above circumstances we reserve the right to retain the cost of outward carriage.
Should a customer wish to cancel their order, they have until the notification of dispatch email to notify us. We will then issue a full refund.
Customers who wish to return goods or get a refund must notify us within 14 days of delivery, by emailing us at sales@tug-e-nuff.co.uk.
